Pucker/De-puckers

Norwalt Design creates innovative, high-speed automated Pucker/De-Pucker systems that handle, orient, present, and collect components of odd-sizes, irregular shapes, asymmetrical and off-balance design during all phases of package assembling.

We can orient pucks from bulk and load products into them or receive the pucks from recirculating conveyors for pucking. Our depuckers can remove filled or finished products from pucks, invert them if necessary, and deliver the product to packing or other processes.
