In conjunction with this, Norwalt's leak test systems also reduce your costs by alleviating labor intensive Q.C. inspections. Another benefit is that the inspections are done in-line, thus rejecting parts before they ever make it into a finished goods box.

Norwalt has developed a wide variety of leak test systems capable of detecting leaks using either vacuum ,a pressure decay, or a spark method. Norwalt has checked for leaks as small as .001" at speeds up to 1,200 ppm. These systems can operate as stand alone units or be tied directly to Norwalt assembly machines.
